Cancellation policy

Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the start. 50% refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start but less than 48 hours before. No refund if you cancel less than 24 hours before the start. To cancel, contact the seller.

If the seller cancels, you get a full refund for what’s affected. You can also cancel for a full refund within 1 hour of buying, as long as the session hasn’t started — after 3 of these in 30 days, further ones are reviewed by our team instead of being automatic.
