Affiliates stay independent practitioners linked to you. Each tab has its own invite. Staff and admin invites expire after 7 days; affiliate invitations last 14 days and can be resent.
- Join an organization as staff or an affiliateStaff join through an invite email: open the link and select Accept invite. Independent practitioners can link to an organization as an affiliate: accept its invite under Affiliations in My Practice, or select Request affiliation on the organization's page. Affiliates keep their own profile, services and payments.
- Invite many practitioners at onceOpen Import in your organization menu, upload a CSV with each person's email, first name, last name and role, and check the preview. Select Confirm & send to invite everyone who's Ready.
- Work with affiliate practitionersAffiliates are independent practitioners linked to your organization: they keep their own profile, services, calendar and payments, and don't use a staff entitlement. Invite them, or approve their requests, from the Affiliates card in Members.
- Assign a facilitator to a sessionOpen the offering, go to its schedule, and pick who delivers each dated session from your staff practitioners or approved affiliates. If their profile is published, the public schedule shows "with" and their name. Your organization still takes the booking and the payment.
- Organization roles and what they can doOrganizations have four roles. The Owner can do everything, including deleting the organization. Managers run the team, profile, events, schedules and sales, but not billing. Billing managers handle the subscription, invoices and refunds. Staff practitioners deliver sessions and have no admin access unless you give them extra permissions.Video
