Book a session from your bundle
Your bundles are on your dashboard under Your bundles, with how many sessions are left and when they expire. Select Book next session and pick a time; it's already paid for.
- Find your bundle
Open your dashboard. Your bundles shows each one with the sessions left and the expiry date.
- Book
Select Book next session. The booking page says which session of the bundle this is; pick a time and confirm. You won't be asked to pay.
- See it in your bookings
It's marked From bundle. A request waiting for confirmation holds one session; it's used once confirmed.
If a session is cancelled
You get the session back if the practitioner cancels or declines, or if you cancel early enough for a full refund under their policy. Cancel later than that, or miss it, and the session is used. If the session didn't go ahead, tell the practitioner from Manage on the booking; they can give the session back.
