Get a refund
Cancel from Bookings and you'll see what you get back before you confirm, based on the practitioner's policy. Practitioners and organizations can also refund you themselves.
- Cancel
In Bookings, select Manage on the booking, then Cancel booking. You'll see the outcome before you confirm.
- Can't cancel online, or want more back?
Message the practitioner. They, or the organization you booked with, can refund you directly.
If you paid with a gift card, its value goes back on the card the same way. Details are in our payment and refund policy.
