Bookings and schedule
Set your hours and rules, and handle reschedules.
- Confirm a booking requestNew requests show under Upcoming in Bookings, marked Pending. Select Confirm, or Details first to add a meeting link or location. Confirm paid requests within 48 hours, or they're cancelled automatically.
- Set your schedule and booking rulesOpen Schedule in your dashboard. Set your weekly hours under Business Hours, block holidays and other days off under Unavailable, and choose notice, buffers and confirmation under Booking Rules. Clients can only book times that fall inside your hours and meet your rules.
- Propose a new time to a clientOpen the booking from Bookings and select Propose a new time. Pick a new date and start time, add an optional message, and send it. The session stays where it is until the client accepts. If they do, the booking and its payment move to the new time and nothing is charged again.
- Answer a client's reschedule requestWhen a client asks to move a session, the request appears under Bookings, on the Reschedule requests tab, with the original and proposed times. Select Accept to move the booking or Decline to keep the original time. Accepting moves any payment with the booking, so nothing is charged again.
- Cancel or decline a client's bookingGo to Bookings, select Details on the booking and choose Cancel booking. Add a reason if you like, then confirm. The client is told right away and gets a full refund. For a request you haven't accepted yet, select Decline instead; the client isn't charged.
- Mark a client as a no-showEvery client counts as attended unless you say otherwise. If someone didn't come, open the booking after the session and select Mark as no-show. It's a label for your records: your payment isn't affected. You can undo it for 7 days after the session.
- See your month in the calendarCalendar in your account menu shows your month at a glance: when you're available, days you've blocked, and your bookings. Select a day to see its details. To change your hours or block time off, select Edit availability.
- Mark no-shows at events, classes and coursesEveryone who registers counts as attended. Once an event or class date starts, you can select Mark as no-show next to anyone who didn't come, and Undo no-show if you got it wrong. You have 7 days from the start, then it locks. Payment doesn't change.
